Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before the start date for a full refund. Refunds are not given for early returns, late pickups, no-shows, or if you change your mind.

Two bottle cages are included with each bike
Bike sizes range from 49 to 58.
An exclusive, custom-branded cycling kit is available for purchase at our reception.
Massage and treatment services are available.
We can wash your sportswear and water bottles!

Bike assembly and disassembly assistance.
Please bring your own helmet, clipless pedals and shoes, lights, bidons, and any personal riding gear.
For safety, we recommend carrying a saddle bag, spare tubes, tyre levers, and a pump.
