Can you give us a short introduction to who you are and what you do?
I am a Spanish pattern designer with a passion for creating unique and innovative designs that can positively impact people’s homes. I offer designs in wallpaper or fabric interiors for brands that already have their own product.
I love to collect unique and interesting pieces of clothing from my travels around the world.
In what ways does your work fulfil you?
It allowed me to express my creativity and bring my ideas to life through designs. It fulfils me to see how my creation alters homes and spaces.
How do you balance presence and productivity?
Establishing clear boundaries between work and leisure, so as to ensure that I have enough time to be with my family. I try to be as productive as possible when I am working.
How do you motivate yourself to do the things you struggle with?
I try to break it down into smaller, more manageable tasks. I also seek inspiration from others who have overcome similar challenges and learn from their experiences.
When do you feel most vulnerable?
When I am putting myself out there creatively, whether it’s through showcasing my designs or presenting new ideas to others. However, I try to see my vulnerability as a strength and an opportunity for growth and learning..
What pleases you in your day-to-day life?
Small moments of joy and pleasure bring me happiness, such as enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, or playing with my kids, having a glass of wine with my husband or hanging out with my friends.
What are the moments you feel grateful for what you do?
Every time I materialise a creative idea into a concrete design that is well-received by others. Also, I am grateful when I can work with talented and motivated people who share my passion for design.
I am most grateful for my close relationships, who provide me with constant love and support. I embrace this in my life by making sure to prioritise spending quality time with them.
