Emilie draws from her own journey through mental and physical health to guide others in awakening their inner wisdom. With a gentle yet grounding teaching style, she creates a safe space to reconnect with body and intuition. Based in Cyprus, she offers classes, workshops, and retreats that support women’s well-being through every stage of life. She is also the co-founder and designer of The Agora Hotel.
